If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We accept returns within 30 days of purchase with some exceptions. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

The following items cannot be returned: 

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must be returned in their original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
2. Once we confirm the return, print the return slip and pack the products to send them back. You must pay for the return shipping.
3. Send all items back to us using the provided return address.

Once we verify that everything is in order we will refund the money or ship the exchange. If it's a refund you will get a notification that the money was refunded to the original payment method. If it was an exchange you will get a confirmation once the item has been shipped.

It might take us from 2 to 5 business days to review a return request, we'll try and do it as fast as possible.
